You Don’t Have to Travel Far to Go Deep

Radical Self Love: Turning Toward Shame is a transformational healing journey — designed to help you explore shame with compassion, courage, and community, from wherever you are.

Who this is for:

Participants are expected to have a working knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) before enrolling. Formal training or certification is not required — but a basic understanding of parts, Self, and self-leadership helps you get the most from this experience.

 Does shame feel familiar?

There might be a part of you that never quite feels like enough. A part that holds back, shrinks, or performs — because showing up fully has felt too risky. A part that has been carrying something heavy for a very long time, without ever being asked what it needs.

You are not alone in this. And this work was made for exactly that.

What makes this journey different?

Even though this experience is held online, you will still receive what matters most in deep healing work: genuine witness, real connection, and a container that holds you.

Each session offers guided healing practices, reflection and integration support, transformational teachings, and the experience of being both held and holding space for others.

This space is intentionally designed to foster intimacy, safety, vulnerability, and collective healing.

What You Will Receive

Teachings About Shame

Deep reflections on how shame impacts identity, relationships, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing.

Reflection Spaces

Personal reflection, small group connection, and large group sharing and processing.

Why We Call This a “Journey”

This is not a training where information is simply delivered.

Healing shame requires witnessing. Connection. Embodiment. Compassion. Community.

We are all entering this process together. This is a shared transformational experience — and that is what makes it different.

A gentle note before you register

All participants are asked to sign an agreement acknowledging personal responsibility for their participation and emotional wellbeing during the journey. This is not a warning — it is an act of care for your system.
